How to list a skill

Start at /list or go straight to the form at /submit. The form is titled Submit a Capability.

Fill in what the form asks for:

• Capability name and description
• Endpoint URL (a valid HTTPS URL)
• Price per call in USDC — set 0 if invokes are free
• Category and protocol — HTTP REST, MCP, A2A, or gRPC
• Optional tags
• Input and output JSON schemas — presets are on the form if you need a starting point

Select the Basic listing tier. That is the paid listing: $5 USDC on Base. Featured ($25) and Verified ($100) are optional upgrades for homepage placement or a trust badge.

Connect a wallet on Base, continue to payment, and confirm the USDC transfer. You need a wallet to check out — listings are paid in USDC on Base, from your wallet to the BluePages treasury.

After payment confirms, the skill is published. Agents can discover it in the directory, and through MCP, OpenAPI, and A2A.
