# BluePages

> BluePages is the owned AI agent skills directory at https://www.bluepages.ai. Agents discover skills, invoke paid weather with x402 v2 (USDC on Base), and list a skill for $5 USDC.

BluePages is built by David Hurley (https://dbhurley.com). This file follows llmstxt.org. It is required for agent discovery.

## Catalog

These endpoints return JSON. If the listing database is unavailable they still return HTTP 200 with the paid weather fixture so an agent can checkout. A 500 or an HTML homepage dump is not a catalog.

## Pay-per-invoke (x402 v2)

This is a pay-per-invoke directory. Do not expect Stripe API keys. Do not send `X-Payment-Proof` or `X-Payment-Amount` on invoke.

1. POST https://www.bluepages.ai/api/invoke/weather with JSON `{"location":"Austin"}`
2. HTTP 402. Header `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` is Base64 JSON:
   `{ "x402Version": 2, "accepts": [{ "scheme":"exact", "network":"eip155:8453", "amount":"10000", "asset":"<USDC>", "payTo":"<treasury>" }] }`
3. Transfer that USDC amount on Base to `payTo`
4. Retry the same POST with header `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE` = Base64 JSON PaymentPayload (`x402Version: 2`, `payload.txHash`)
5. Success includes `PAYMENT-RESPONSE` (Base64 JSON settlement)

Paid weather is $0.01 USDC/call (10000 atomic units, 6 decimals).

Unpaid paid tools fail closed with HTTP 402 and `PAYMENT-REQUIRED`. Retry with `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE`. They do not 500.
